Dear 12 year old dwell on the good and not the bad it only gets better. Don't worry about the bad things just put them behind you and keep going. Let those bad things be reminders of what to do. Don't be afraid to go and do something risk take the gamble do something that could result in a bad thing. Its easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
Last piece of advice is to focus on the things that matter family and school. It's good to have a social life but not social over academic. Don't get caught up in bad stuff focus on school. Always try and hang out with your siblings just don't talk you'll learn a lot.
good advice 12/10
ReplyDeleteAlex, I love the line about asking for forgiveness and not permission. That is really clever. I also 100% agree with everything you are saying. I wish I made gambles more often :(
ReplyDeleteWell organized blog and great advice. Wish I knew this when I was 12.
